The majority of guests book for 6–8 hours. That provides you with sufficient time for 3–4 wineries, lunch break, and a bit of cruising. If you’re visiting during the high season or desire to add a stop for dinner, I would suggest taking the 8-hour option. We don’t hurry you—today is yours to relax and unwind.
Others need to be reserved in advance—particularly the smaller, appointment-solo ones. If you’d prefer, I’d be happy to place those calls or suggest establishments that suit your group. If you already have a list created, simply forward it along, and we’ll plan everything around that.
Tasting fees are not part of our prices since they differ from winery to winery. Some exempt you from paying them with a bottle purchase, while others charge $30-$60 per head. We can suggest ones with excellent value or high-end experiences based on your budget and wishes.
No issue whatsoever. Our tours are on an open schedule. If your group is enjoying the atmosphere at a particular stop and wants to stay for a bit longer, simply advise your driver. We include buffer time wherever we can, and your day is all about you having fun—not adhering to a strict schedule.
Absolutely. All drivers on our staff are fully licensed, background-checked, and qualified in safety as well as hospitality. We abide by all transportation laws in California to the utmost, and our vehicles are commercially insured. You’re not only in good hands—you’re in legal, safe, and experienced hands. I wouldn’t let anyone drive my clients.
